Doug P service advisor does it again with his team of Tech's . I didn't have an appointment for service, i was in the area so i stopped in to make an appointment. Its tourist snowbird season so it can be a week or 2 to get scheduled which is understandable. Happens every year. Doug said I can get this done now how long do you have and do you mind waiting. I t way approximately 1140 am. I explained to Doug I had to be to my next stop by 3;30 pm as they close at 4 pm. I sat down had a water Yeti tumbler with me. So i grabbed a chocolate chip cookie the GMC DIXIE usually has free of charge. I have a 7lb dog named Buster with me each time I visit and 1 of the other Dixie GMC representative "John n Parts" always greets Buster and gives him a little treat. "Honestly I get treated better here at GMC DIXIE Ft Myers than the BMW Dealer just down the street even some family member or friends" LOL It goes without saying if you don't have a few complaints you are not doing any business. Unfortunately you can not satisfy everyone all the time!!! Yes we all make mistakes, yes even the GMC personal on occasions. HEY What happened to us as a society seems like if we can't complain we don't have much to say especially since covid. That said, I see, observe a strong effort to make things RIGHT from the Service Department, Manager Service writers and so on. Mistakes do happen its the opportunity to then make then right that counts.. I've made a living in the Service Industry Business I didn't have anything else to sell but service. No Tires No tune-ups No Refrigerators I provided Flooring Warehousing & Installations for Home Depot, Lowes and several hotel chains 36 E 350 Ford Vans /trucks + 100 employees and sub contractors. DIXIE GMC steps up to the highest standards I've seen in the Auto Service business. Ill repeat myself, I get better service from Dixie GMC than I ever pray to get from BMW Dealer just down the street. The Genesis dealer treats us better than BMW. Now I drive all the way down to Naples area for BMW Service The selling Used or New vehicles is the easy part, it's the service Dept that keeps you coming back. Dixie GMC does just that! Last said I didn't purchase my 2023 GMC 3500 Denali from Dixie GMC they didn't have any in stock after Hurricane Ian my 2021 F250 was totaled. Thank for reading my review and this is not my 1st review for Dixie GMC the Service Department just continues to do what they do Best. Provide Great Customer Service to maintain a strong honest effort as best as possible for each customer that walks in during my visits and observation. I was called as a reminder that an oil change should be scheduled. I decided to schedule and the dealer ship got me in asap. Evertyhing went smoothly. During a check-up, it was discovered that the back windshiled wiper needs eplaced and this will be done when part arrives. Everybody was friendly and professional.
They were right on time and checked anything that might need done. They are always attentive.
I just completed a transaction with Kris Crawford at Dixie Buick GMC. It has been a long time since I have had such a wonderful car buying experience. And the two hour drive to Dixie was well worth it. This family-owned dealership and its employees were honest, transparent, and respectful of my time. Unlike so many dealerships, Dixie Buick GMC doesn't charge dealership fees, vehicle prep fees, or the famous clear coat protectant fee that other dealers slip into the final tally. The financing team was patient and articulate in explaining optional enhanced warranty options. The drive to Fort Myers was well worth it. I will definitely look to do business with Dixie Buick GMC again and highly recommend them for both new and pre-owned vehicles.
I had a great experience buying my new 2500 HD Denali Ultimate. The face of a dealership is the salesperson. They take you on a ride that's somewhere between bad and fantastic. Marlos Caetano is not a salesperson. He is a well-seasoned professional who from the first minute we were on-site became our friendly and entertaining guide. He gave us an amazing journey through the process and landed it with a perfect delivery after a six-week wait for the truck to arrive. EXCELENTE! Wayne, in Finance, polished it off with excellent and clear explanations of warranty and service packages and got me out there in about 20 minutes. It's in the top 1 or 2 dealership experiences I've ever had.
My experience was great, the dealership was very nice and had a great selection. The staff was very nice and helpful. The sales manager Mike Marlow was great to work with. Our sales person was amazing! Mark Dohmen was able to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable on the truck I wanted to buy. Mark made it very easy to make the purchase and explained everything I needed. He also helped set up the vehicle before I left the dealership.
Reliable quality service through the years has helped me keep my Enclave in good condition.
I just had my certified Enclave serviceman Dixie Buick and had a very good experience. They were quite busy, but the fresh chocolate chip cookies were a nice treat. The waiting area isn't plush, but there was a TV for those who were interested and besides the cookies there were vending machines and coffee available. My car was returned to me in clean order.
