My car salesman was Mark Dohman and to be honest I have not had a better car buying experience than I did with him. I have purchased over 9 other vehicles from all different brands. He was very good at explaining the vehicle and the difference between the packages. The deal was done with only two back and forth between the numbers( normally takes ten) he was excellent with dealing with my wife and I plus our two small children as we did this one day after school randomly. That’s how great he did is he closed the deal that day! If you want straight forward, knowledgeable, easy to work with and talk to this man is your guy! He even helped us for the next couple of days with setting up all the features of the car if we had trouble we could call and talk to him and he would help! Great guy and Dixie Buick GMC is lucky to have him there!

Just about every time I bring my vehicle to the dealership to have it serviced, when I get in it to leave, the mechanics have grease all over my interior. It happened again on 10/6 I took a picture I was going to call, and I got too busy and forgot

The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. I appreciate the team taking the time to make sure everything was handled properly. It’s great to see a dealership that provides excellent customer service, even on a Saturday. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and parts!

These guys are awesome. I had the pleasure of meeting Jamie, the general manager, and he, and the rest of the service department went above and beyond. This is the go to dealership.
