FORT MYERS, FL | 2021 Chevrolet 1500 SilveradoSeptember 11, 2026Insulted, embarrassed & yeah, a little ANGRY. Thermostat went bad on my Canyon. Over $1200 was quote with a coolant change add total over $1500. First call I made to local shop out the door for under $700Made another call today and the work is done. Out door for $600 Unethical Non Business or customer friendly and love the no dealer fees but there's a shop fee lol. Debating if I am going to let Wink News know about this. ESTERO, FL | 2019 Buick CascadaAugust 31, 2026WENT FOR AN OIL CHANGE WITH THE FLIER I WAS SENT FOR 75$ . TAKING THE OIL PAN SCREW OUT THERE WAS A HELI-COIL THAT BROKE. THEY REPLACED THE HELI-COIL FILLED THE CAR WITH OILAND CHARGED ME 375$. A LITTLE EXCESSIVE. MANAGER SAID THE CAR WAS 7 YEARS OLD THATS WHY THE HELI-COIL BROKE. In the the past two years I’ve been to 10 different car dealerships from Naples to Port Charlotte I’ve had such horrible experiences with those dealerships.
